Jessica Willingham is an Oklahoma author and editor. Her work has been nominated for Sundress Publications’ Best of The Net 2023 and 2024, appears in Wigleaf’s Top 50 Short Fictions Longlist 2024, and received a nomination for Best Micro Fictions 2025. Her debut poetry collection was selected as a semi-finalist for the 2024 St. Lawrence Book Award.

She is a graduate of the Lighthouse Writers Workshop Book Project 2019-2021 in Denver, Colorado.

Her work appears in Five South, Hare’s Paw Literary Journal, Hell is Real: A Midwest Gothic Anthology, Identity Theory, Roi Faineant, Still: The Journal, Superfroot, Thought Erotic, and Variant Literature, among others. She is a former fiction and poetry editor for Five South.
